This policy applies to purchases you make from Duolime (the "Store"), operated by Duolime (the "Merchant") using the Maketio platform.
The Merchant is the seller and is responsible for handling returns, refunds, and warranty claims under this policy. Maketio provides this policy as a configurable template on the Merchant's behalf; it is not the seller.
1. Your statutory rights (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the following rights by law. They apply regardless of anything else in this policy, and cannot be waived.
1.1 Right of withdrawal (14 days)
For distance purchases, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- To withdraw, tell the Merchant within the 14-day period using the contact details in §4 (a clear statement is enough; you may use the model withdrawal form).
- After withdrawing, return the goods within 14 days.
- The Merchant will refund you within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method, and may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide proof of return.
- Return shipping cost: the Buyer pays the direct cost of returning the goods, as permitted by law.
Exceptions — when the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply. By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods. The following exceptions apply to this Store based on what it sells:
None of the statutory exceptions apply to this Store — the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to everything it sells.
1.2 Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years)
The Merchant is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery. If goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced and, where appropriate, to a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with law. This guarantee is free of charge.
2. Voluntary returns and warranty (set by the Merchant)
In addition to your statutory rights, this Store offers:
- Voluntary returns: none beyond your statutory rights.
- Commercial warranty: none beyond the statutory guarantee of conformity. Any commercial warranty is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights above.
3. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
4. How to make a return or claim
Contact the Merchant:
- Name: Duolime
- Email: duolime.design@gmail.com
- Return address: contact the Merchant using the email above and they will confirm the return address
Please include your order number and, for a warranty claim, a description of the issue.
5. Dispute resolution
If a matter cannot be resolved with the Merchant, EU consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the competent consumer body in their country of residence or the EU ODR platform.
Provided via Maketio as a configurable template and not as legal advice. The Merchant is the responsible seller and is responsible for ensuring this policy is accurate for the goods it sells.
